But once you getting a little serious and you're only eating once a day, or doing a fast more than 20 fors, i think you really need to have a doctor, or somebody who knows a little about this involved in your case. It's kind of hard these days, because lor people still not on board with this fasting. I've definitely seen a difference in the way the patients present. And that's because when you do this type of fasting, you lose weight, and mostly fat, but alsoyo, your skin shrinks so it's a different type of weight lost.
