Getting to Where You Really Need to Be

In 2014, I started my blog Lavendaire. At the end of that year, I quit my job with the food festival because it didn't feel like aligned to what I really wanted to do. Elizabeth Gilbert has this talk on Super Soul Sessions called Flight of the Hummingbird. She says there are two kinds of people, Jack Hammers and Hummingbirds. And now in 2016, I'm so lucky to be in a place where I've built this amazing community around my YouTube channel.
