If you tried to trade in a phone that was more than one year old, you didn't get anything for it compared to if you went to a carrier. And through Black Friday through all of the deals that Samsung has done over the last six months, I'm not confident that we're actually going to see very much of an incentive to upgrade to the S23. If Samsung had been smart, they would have just added back a micro SD card slot to the Ultra and I think all of them would upgrade.
