I was talking to Ferguson, and I got in my head that maybe I should start thinking about history. We're thinking about doing some way of dealing with randomness and history by comparing New Yorkistan to extremistan. And if you were to do quantitative history, like simplify history to a simple stochastic process, it would be quantitative. At the bottom, you have an extremist anti-pistory.
