The Battle Lines of the Presbyterian Church in America

California law is the total polar opposite of laws and drafts that are out there that want to put this type of behavior under the child abuse statutes. If you're in a state that bars mutilation of genitals or chemical castration with hormones and that sort of thing if you live in that state and wants to have it done to your child  you are still guilty of child abuse when you come back home. That has profound implications but that's the battle lines and where it's really going to be duked out if you will in the coming years right it is okay?
