How to Say No to Things

I need to have a deep connection with the audience and who the audience of Snap is. And I'm not 100% sure exactly who the audience for Snap is. But if I could solve that, I would understand how to provide value to that group. We were talking about this exact concept of like, how do you say no to things? How many things can you take on? You only have so much bandwidth.
