I don't think this is ever going to happen. There will always be at least 20, 30% of your neighbors that you do not know,. Even if you are a very good neighbor, because they don't want to know you. But I think when you have a community that's connected and you can actually get early help, so it's not good for somebody to keep drinking or to keep on using drugs in Jallen Bursaar. So I think it's good to have early intervention.
