Capital Is Not Wealth
All capital is wealth because it's something that was created by human labor. Land is also not capital because land is being used to create more wealth. If you see a peach growing on a tree, that is land. Once you harvest it, now it is wealth because you have put in some labor to make it into something you can use. So that is both wealth and capital. It is dedicated to producing more wealth.
