The Forest, Balangolo, Belengolo State Forest
When she was 14 her family moved from inner city sydney to the southern highlands in new south wales. They rented an old farmhouse on a massive acreage whose owners still ran sheep and cattle. The bush is beautiful and terrifying at the same time. There is something very unse about it, and at times you can just feel how ancient it truly is. And there's something really creepy about old farms, particularly when you notice the eerie quiet. My fellow ossey listeners will understand what i mean.
