The Cyberjets of Girls Academy

I volunteer with an organization called the Cyberjets of Girls Academy. They do various events like that mostly in the DC area but there are chapters around the country. We really want to try to bring in people who media aren't you know the traditional background in cybersecurity or have never seen themselves in this profession. I think that's a huge way we can deal with the lack of employees in cybersecurity right everyone has a hiring challenge well let's build out our pipeline and get especially young girls excited about cybersecurity early.
