Is There Evidence to Support Recovery With Fish Oil?

A lot of times i'm seeing people make claims about body composition related to fish oil. A, it's far from a a clear outcome. Even with the recovery stuff, like i said, it's very hitter miss. Ah, it's still unclear, from my perspective, if higher doses will lead to any tangible benefits that relate to lifting, hypertrophy or fat lost. But i still think it's not a terrible idea to have some e p a and d h a coming into your diet for a variety of reasons unrelated to building muscle, getting stronger, losing fat.
