Most engineering organizations with ratios of you know a modern tech company with a couple of hundred engineers that's VC back today we'll have four ICs to a manager or a leader some of the bigger companies aren't far off from those ratios. Engineering leadership is coachable so seek for help get mentors that has helped me personally and start learning about AI if you haven't it's going to come and disrupt you. As long as you're getting amazing people in the org and keeping your high talent density I think you'll do great.
