How to Deal With Grief
Krista, I know a lot of our listeners just to have someone say like, it's okay to be happy. You know, allow yourself to feel those emotions. It's such a funny thing that we need to hear that, but it's true. Sometimes certain things just don't take off in our culture. We don't do a particularly good job of talking about them and normalizing them. Be open to the idea that the experience will be different for you and that that is not bad. It's just grief.
