Purdue Pharmaceuticals, which makes OxyContin, filed for bankruptcy. The creditors of Purdue agreed to turn the whole company over to the creditors. Felix: This feels like a really great story, but there are two problems with it. He says you're getting away from jury trials because bankruptcies are judges. And then finally, I think it doesn't really provide the sense of justice that some of these people are looking for.
