Seahawks coach Pete Carroll says his daily ritual is 30 minutes of running in the morning. He also meditates and asks himself, "What are you thankful for this morning?" A sports psychologist taught him to ask that question when he was first hired by the Seahawks five years ago. It's a good way to get your mind ready for the day, said Carroll.
