Designing for Stress Cases

There's often a misperception that incorporating stress cases into your work is going to mean that you ultimately have to do more work. It's more oftentimes I think it's more of a lens than anything else. The same is true when you're doing design work, right? Once you learn to think about stress cases and once you learn to thinking about a wider range of people, you're simply thinking about them.
