It's I think a deep intense focus on being excellent at that role if you're leading a team. It's just like heads down Apprenticeship type mindset and just lots of good things are attracted to Unabiguous value. So facing those unambiguous metrics like no, it's actually going to be revenue right or whatever dollars a revenue that this group brings in and I need to double it.
