Euthanasia Assisted Suicide Debates in the US

The US has actually resisted euthanasia in a way that is extraordinary given our defense of abortion. There's a real disparity there where Canada has gone all in on medical aid and dying. The US even very liberal states, there aren't that many places where it's practiced and approved. And one of the things that seems really different between abortion and assisted suicide in the states is the ways in which people are trying to overcome the stigma.
