The reason you do research is to have impact on the work you're doing, right? You wanna deliver a better product to users, drive more impact for the business. There are two buckets of problems that occur when we're talking about getting the ROI from research. The first bucket involves not doing the research correctly itself and how it's used by an organization. A second bucket is about how we actually communicate and make decisions based on the research.
