The Importance of Doubt in an Organisation
I find it quite unusual. I just came back to something that you were also discussing with Nipin about what you, the idea you gave about entertaining doubt. And it brought to mind something that at some point was quite popular in particularly large organisations which was referred to as the stop the job. So the principle is that if the worker anywhere is not confident, has doubts. That he should feel authorised to stop theJob. But then I get engineers say to me,Oh, oh, oh. I don't understand it.
