I Don't See That. Where Is That?

The Affordable Care Act didn't take effect for years after the passage because it took time to implement. So we, you know, when it was implemented, then it gained a following and Donald Trump with control of both houses couldn't repeal it. And I still have the tire tracks on my ass from that. Americans really didn't understand what the ACA was until they tried to repeal it.
