Mysolized caffeine does sustain blood sugar and energy. When caffeine is blended with a particular source of fat, which could be butter, coconut oil and so forth it has a nice kind of a self-sustaining or time release effect. And also, when it's taken in that form, you know, for instance, I've never been a caffeine drinker. I just, my body doesn't do that great on it.
