Is the Mac Really That Fast?

i'm still not convinced. I read this article and joe's wright, it did resonate with me at a very personal level. My feeling is that computers were probably fast enough about five years ago, and phones were probably fast nough about three years ago. And i feel that we are all now such cynical bastards that we've seen all this old stuff being re hashed as modern technology. Everything from toilet cleaner to ar bridges that in everything's got this new smart technology and this, this technology, in that technology, and it's not.
