i t professionals are delivering customers services along with highly technical services. I think everybody who's in id wants to feel empowered to make real change. People want agency, and they want to be able to make good decisions that benefit themselves and the people around them. i have so much ampathy for i t professionals. A, i think that really thinking about how we can improve the experiences of the people delivering these experiences is super, super important.
