Do Jujitsu Three Days a Week in a Lift?

If you're going to do jujitsu three days a week in a lift, and there's no other considerations like your wife's not going to get mad at you for being gone all day or whatever, you would probably lift in the morning, jujitsu in the evening and then take the next day completely off. It's literally personal preference in how you, how you deal with things. So I would prefer that you manage your, your intensity on the mats through the week. If you go to an open mat on the weekend or something, that's the day you roll hard. And then the rest of the week, try to try to stay technical and try to not burn yourself
