I'm many marathons or altras like you know what I don't even know. Last time I calculated I think it was like 46 marathons, but I'm sure it's well over that now. So What I find interesting is that you were able to bring your marathon time From about five hours to sub three. Yeah, how have you been able to improve over the years? And do you see similarities of what what you learned over the years with some of the athletes that you're coaching as well with ways to improve?
