The Value of Copy Cataloging in Data Management
There's something pretty cool that I've been thinking about lately in the library space, which is, you could be a cataloger that could be your job. You could work in like for any sort of organization archives, or even just as a librarian. And so when you catalog a book, it goes into a format. It's called mark, M.A.R.C. and RDA is the encoding structure. Because you're identifying in field every single aspect about a book,. But there's this beautiful thing called copy cataloging. So once you create a record, I can go into OCLC, which is like the central worldwide cataloging interface or repository. And
