The Justices' Decision in United States v. Texas
Texas and Louisiana sued to challenge President Biden's immigration enforcement guidelines. They don't believe that Democratic presidents are allowed to make immigration policy only Texas and the Fifth Circuit can. Eight justices concluded that the states did not have standing in this case.
