Cryptocurrency

One of the biggest red flags on this bill for me personally, was there seems to be an out for any sort of alternative crypto currency. I'm curious if you think that this is an acceptable measureof someon that could get taken advantage of. Some of those themes do show up in the bill. But i've said this before, surprisingly, the s c c has actually been pretty hands off with these things so far.
