Former Mayor Bill Purcell elevated the Hot Chicken to all over Nashville about 10, 15 years ago. This bad boy is dusted with ghost pepper, which is one of the hottest peppers in the world. Ghost peppers can be up to 400 times hotter than the relatively meat jalapeno. At age 57, he says, he knows what's good for his stomach.
