The devil's in the detail. So you can get a really tricky tendon, someone that presents with suspected Achilles' tendon opathy,. Just go back to basics. Take a really good subjective assessment and don't let them carry their diagnoses with them because people might have had an imaging-based diagnosis. Professor Craig Perdomo: If you get your patient to lie on a prone physio-plinth and you put the stethoscope over their tendon and get them to flex Flexible Tendon Plan (FTP) - this will be great for differential diagnosis.
