The Role of Elders in Discipleship

A good healthy eldership should be discipling members of the church broadly. They should be showing them what it means, what it looks like to have authority and to use authority constructively for the good of others. So all of those are roles that like a parent has for a child. All of those are the kind of roles that the good elders will have for the members of the Church.
