The Academy operates on peer groups, which means for actors, writers, directors, they're nominated by the peer groups involved. Obi-Wan Kenobi is a show that I don't believe I have heard anyone talk about positively in my life,. Like in my sphere of maybe my social circle, let alone like watch it. The Mandalorian season one was not sort of able to sneak into the category and it was not a matter of it was not good enough. Reservation Docs also didn't get an Emmy even though Sarah Goldberg from Barry did extraordinary work.
