I know that in education, we have so many things on our plate and sometimes reflection gets to be on the back burner. And it's something that I always push for educators is that, no, we really need the time to reflect. So when you say that you have your students record their own grades, how did you create that practice? Like how did you relinquish that control? "We want our students to reflect and we also want to continue reflecting ourselves," she said.
