How to Be a Better Person

I've always combined hit with resistance training because for me, it's like I get the best of both. But I'm not smashing super, super heavy weights. It's more like dumbbells or kettlebell in a circuit kind of thing. And yeah, post a lot of transformations and things now which is great. So I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing not just the physical transformation but the actual mental health journey.
