The Case of Stephen Roy Bairns

Stephen Roy Bairns was put under surveillance and not long after became the target of a covert operation. He says that's the burn that lives in the Cheetahl. It was a major break in the case but it was based on a sketch. Police still needed to place Stephen Bairns at the bar the night Dileen disappeared. So as an added measure police included Bairns in a photo lineup and showed it to the star witness from the bar. And she was able to pick him out of that lineup just like that.
