Most of these tools don't differentiate between the nine o five and he five to nine. A lot of them will, for example, collect personal data like private messages and passwords,. Now at the moment, there's no sort of methods by which that can be prevented. Regulators haven't called up. There's no legislation to protect you in those circumstances. And there's no private right of action. So far, the case law doesn't seem to show any judicial inclination towards protecting employees in these circumstances.
