Can You Contact With Your Heel?

I love the point about you can contact with your heel, but load with your mid foot. I've done other drills to just visualize it. About visualization. For me, where i have that tennis ball necklace on. And i'm also showing that i did a thing where i'm like falling forward and then i land. Ideally i want to land so that the ball and my body are both moving together. If i'm landing and stopping myself, the ball keeps going and om back. So you can kind of see where that breaking comes in. But we're missing ot a lot of a real state if we're shorteng up. A lot of people end up being extremely inefficient out of
