How Do You Advice a Friend in a Situation?
The notion of thinking about how you would advise a friend who is in your situation. Getting out getting outside your experience and getting a bit of perspective on it. People can have like very dark reminations i think in their own head uh feel inadequate from relatively small mistakes that they make. I started taking antidepressants a couple years ago which actually made a big difference so it's uh i have to draw on these tools somewhat less more than i used to.
