The Politics of Brexit

Only 31% of people voted to leave in Brian and Hove, making it a pretty unusual place. The votes for remain piled up in towns and cities, but not in those constituencies. I've always respected the fact that there's more to unites our country than divides it. That's why I say having the magnetic story about getting the basics right for the economy is what will win one set of voters and not the other. You can't add on the bolt-ons at the edges thinking that's the supplement in the middle.
