How Do You Frame It for Athletes?

When it's kids like you just let em, just let em do it. Have fun. Skip for hite or whatever. When we get to the high school level, not only is that when we start to really introduce the hops, in skips and gallops,  that's when we can use slightly different cues to try to excite something that makes them make a change. Three very different strategies of doing anything,. which is what i shared with two young women who both have very high-level gymnastic backgrounds.
