Using Single Cell RNA Sequencing to Define Disease Phenotypes

There's a lot going on here that drives what the physician sees and calls Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis under the umbrella of inflammatory bowel. Up until now we haven't had great tools to explore that space between the genetics and the clinical phenotype. Celsius allows us to create a census of cells in a tissue sample, de-average that sample and actually understand what each cell is doing. And then compare that across populations by using tissue samples from a variety of sources.
