Reduce the Noise in Your Decision Making

The reason that there is a bell curve is noise. If you're all trying, if you're expert judges, judging on the same facts, there shouldn't be a bell curve because there's noise in the system. Fixing that fixes so many different things. Use some decision hygiene. Think well, understand your patterns, understand your behavior. Reduce your bias also. That's probably going to help you out by making better decisions with less error and move you toward where you want to go more effectively. I think we're all going to be a little bit happier out there. And we can do better. We can make better judgments. And I think that'll make our world a better place
