The skill acquisition model in itself, is cognitive, associative and then the autonomous phase. We need to understand the rules of the game, right? We need to understanding the rule book of football, all right? How do people play? What are the bounds that make this game what it is? And then once we understand the rules, then we need to put it into practice. So that's kind of in the skill acquisition model. The way I understand this fitting in is that, okay, we need to be certified to be a coach. That's step one. Then we need to understand what we're working with.We need to understand humans and how they move and how exercise works
