The Janitor Without a D B Plan Has a Much Lower Rate of Return
"When you're saying that, like the janitors ae getting five %, what does that mean? You got you have two janitors um. One is in um, ohio and doesn't have a union, and the other one is in new york and does," he said. "So they have to save a dollar every week for their retirement plan." He continued: "Over time, they are going to earn a lot less on that continually dollar contribution than the janitor who is in a d b plan".
