How to Release Emotions
I use laughter as kind of a great equalizer. I think it's a great way to release tension, release anger, fear. So typically, whenever I connect with someone, I try to remind them that there's some stuff to laugh about in this world. Sometimes we're allowed to just laugh and you can take two minutes to stop thinking about everything else. That's not always the best policy, but I Think it's necessary for a lot of people to understand that we can be intense moments...and still have a full-hearted laugh.
