The Benefits of Group Training for Athletes

I just feel like everybody benefits when it's group training it's always more fun I mean for if you if it's a quality workout you're probably going to get more out of yourself as an athlete if you're doing it with other people. There's something that happens with training buddies like we all know it all of us who've trained there's some sort of a connection that happens when you're suffering together whether it's just a long whatever 12 mile run in the heatYou really develop wonderful wonderful connections so I think above all that is is the greatest benefit for athletes.
