Theology in the Seminary Versus the Church
Seminary president said he would love to one day get away from the fact that there are people who come to seminary who are lay people or what have you. We don't understand scripture without Christ we don’t understand Christ without understanding scripture. I welcome those lay people in my classes because they just want to become more mature Christians. The seminary isn't is an odd thing it's not simply to serve the academy.
