How Are You Learning and Who Do You Work With?
I'm a big fan of what I call communities of practice you know people that are up to the same sort of thing and it's not an expert in the room and they learn together. Sometimes we get very obsessed with maybe we can't help but be individual and think oh well I just sort of need to figure out what do I need to learn to get to the next if we're thinking in a ladder like way step of my career versus well actually if we're all learning together there's enough space for everybody to all progress in their all in individual directions.
