Are We in a Crisis of Motivation?
85% of us ar either de motivate or activty de motivater at work, ontgather. And that status tate remarkably stable. But it's dived right back to where we were before. Crisis in motivation and work has a massive spill over on our wider lives. I think because we have not really seen motivation as an important goal in itself. So i think across all those dimensions, we're drifting reifinite, like rich was treading water lething. We need to start swimming again. The work is becoming more and more human. Because of that concern about altemation, moements of thes human elements of work become more and more important.
